Developer (Toronto)

You will work in Toronto, where you will be part of our client services team. At ExpandIT we are focused on delivering amazing solutions for our customers. This requires that our client service and development group can deliver innovative and high-quality customer-specific solutions.

Your work will consist of design, development and testing of customer-specific solutions. You will function as part of a development team on major development projects and have independent responsibility for your own projects. You will take full control of customer development projects from design to delivery.

Requirements:

We work across a broad spectrum of technology architectures to implement our solutions. In addition to strong technical skills, our developers have a good understanding of the relationship between business requirements and systems. You thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team. You are responsible, disciplined in your work style, self-motivated and follow tasks through to completion. You have a personal drive to produce the highest quality work. You are self-directed and able to weigh ideal solutions against a deadline.

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field.
  Microsoft SQL (Transact SQL)
  ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC
  HTML / HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
  jQuery, jQuery UI
  ASP Classic
  Visual Studio 2012/13
  Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and the like) are an advantage
